Facebook is currently the number one social networking site in Poland. Over 2 billion people use it every month. In such a situation, running a company profile on Facebook is an absolute must. Running a fan page on Facebook (although we should correctly say: pages) consists of many factors that should be kept in mind. Before we start creating content, however, we are looking at the settings that can give you a better start and create an even more engaged community:

Start with contact information – website, address, company type, e-mail, telephone number, opening hours, directions, directions, or menu, if you run a food outlet … All these elements can shorten the path that a customer must travel to interact with you.

Create a story – tell about the development and mission of your brand. This will allow you to build a credible image. A company with character and defined values ​​appeals to the imagination better.

Don’t spare links – do you have accounts on other social platforms? Leave your bearings. Let your fans interact with you not only on Facebook.

Transparency first of all – is the profile name consistent with the brand name? Is the url address (after facebook.com/) consistent with the brand name, devoid of unnecessary numbers and additions? This allows others to find you faster and may translate into more tagging.

Take care of the quality – adjust the graphics in the profile picture and in the background to Facebook preferences. Pixelated, illegible, too small or too large graphics effectively reduce the credibility of your brand.

Each graphic must be legible, not only the one in the profile one. Even the most beautiful photo will not contribute to the image of a professional company if it is of poor quality or has the wrong dimensions.
